LPE’s customer focussed philosophy is based upon sound Project Management, Quality Planning and Control.

Emphasis is placed upon understanding the customer’s requirements in detail, involving close interface between respective commercial and engineering teams of the customer and LPE.

All aspects are considered ranging from design for manufacture to packaging and despatch, using process flow charts to assist in overall planning, communication and in the identification of manufacturing constraints.

Key suppliers and sub contractors are fully involved at the early stages to ensure process capability and control. When necessary, alternative suppliers are involved to offset risk.
