Machining
Senior Flexonics LPE has many years’ experience of machining a wide range of materials from Aluminium, to the most exotic of Inconel’s in billet, forging and casting form. Our machining envelope, ranging from 10 to 1025mm in Diameter in CNC turning and up-to 3000/1200/1000mm in CNC milling, allows to capably manufacture parts across numerous industrial sectors.
We continue to deploy, the most efficient methods and technologies across any work we’re asked to derive manufacturing solutions for. We have a wide range of CNC machining types and associated processes which continue to expand in-line with business opportunities.
COMPONENT ASSEMBLY
Highly skilled technicians are engaged in the complete sub-assembly and assembly build, incorporating induction brazing and other special processes.
Final testing of all completed assemblies is carried out on specially designed equipment with all data computerised for process control and retention of records.
PRODUCT DESIGN
With highly skilled personnel utilising state of the art computer technology and software, LPE has a department dedicated to defining manufacturing methods including machining strategy, programming, tool and cutter selection, fixture design, detailed models and drawings can also be generated to assist the manufacturing process.
Project Management
Customers are increasingly looking for companies that can offer solutions for all their needs. LPE offer the additional benefit of solving production manufacturing issues for their customers.
Through their factory and extensive supply chain, LPE are able to offer a complete project offering not only a machining and technical service but also procurement and supplier management, with full traceability through the entire process.

Senior Flexonics LPE operates out of two facilities, both in Lymington, Hampshire, UK. Our main site totals 92,000 sq ft and is located on Gosport Street. Our 29,000 sq ft North Unit is located on Gordleton Industrial Park.

STORES & DESPATCH
We hold Strategic and Safety Stocks of raw materials, part machined and finished products to ensure an effective “on time” response to meet our customer demand.
With 20,000 sq ft of storage space available we are able to ensure guaranteed, protected stock, in environmentally controlled conditions.
